When I'm up at stupid o'clock I make a sarnie the night before so I have less to do before I head out..

A Paddington Sandwich fits the bill nicely 👌

After two mornings of marmalade sarnies, I had a bacon sarnie this today (3 rashers of oak smoked with red sauce))

Chopped apple & banana in Greek yoghurt with a splodge of honey.
Tea to drink, too.
