Rarely have the same thing two days on the trot..
Today; scrambled eggs & beans on toast with a bit of grated cheddar & red sauce.

When I do have scrambled eggs with grated cheese, I do some for Bonnie the Bischon, too. She loves it 👍

I'm having nuts and seeds with Cholesterlow and kefir with some red fruit on top. I have that most days.

Porridge made with White's oats, 30ml Yeo Valley yoghurt, 20ml honey.

Porridge with stewed rhubarb. The same most days though the fruit varies.

Occasionally I'll have a few days of museli with yoghurt and fruit.

And some grapefruit as a second course. And a huge pot of tea.
