Porridge with strawberries, blueberries and Greek yoghurt. A drizzle of maple syrup and a cup of coffee.

Usual muesli/granola/banana mix with oat milk but this time with Waitrose muesli which is better than the Tesco one with much more fruit in it.

As much as I would really enjoy that, and have in the past, I have finally come to the conclusion that I really have to limit carbs drastically to avoid binge eating. A carb heavy meal just seems to set me off. :sad:

Currently doing strict carnivore and hoping that eventually I can go more keto/low carb. Hopefully just include some low carb veg and a handful of berries in greek yoghurt, etc.
