You make your own routes and save them to a file on your pc.
The right hand side lower box gives the options of save or load.

Thanks - prefer bikehike as it has the osm cycle map. Like to take the odd short cut now and again
Save as a gpx track I guess (rather than a route) for a garmin 705?
gpx or tcx.
Both transfer to new files in my garmin 200 and 500 and it converts into a course.
Not sure for a 705.

The other thing i do is finish the route then enable the elevation etc.
Screen dump then edit in paint to put a title in and re save as a jpeg. Any pics taken on route or video etc goes into the same file with said pic as an overview.
Ive never tried to download to a garmin (205) but find bikehike good for dark evening and planning a ride.

Bike route toaster is definitely down.

That's because the site is not down. The webserver is returning a message saying that the page is not there. But the webserver is still there, so the site is up - it's just got no pages.
