My Senior Citizen's Railcard.
More lights. They seem good valve for £7.98 from Amazon....
The souvenir programme from the 1990 Birmingham Superprix.
Edited to say that the package also included an extra race card, a parking pass and a marshal's pass. That was unexpected but welcome.
A travel/cook book from Amazon
Did you go for the 3-year one to save money?
I suppose when one becomes VERY 'senior' then it might be a tad optimistic to plan more than a year ahead, but I am not at that point yet so I am on my second 3-year card.
I used a £10 Tesco voucher to get a 'free' 1 year one... I get Tesco points when we do the occasional big shop!
Ha! My mum was offered a three year extended life warranty on a toaster... she looked at the salesman with a critical eye and said, why would I want that....
My last surviving uncle is 102 years old. He probably wakes up every morning and thinks "Eat THAT, Grim Reaper!"
A letter, with someone else's name, address and postcode clearly written on the envelope.
A copy of Motor from 1988, plus three race programmes including one from the 1986 Formula Ford Festival.
Tickets to see Idles at Glasgow Barrowlands in December and latest copy of the Rough Stuff Journal.
In the past week or so:
A USB 3 32GB thumb drive.
A 160GB 7200rpm 2.5" disk drive.
A hardback copy of The Secret Barrister.
Half a kilo of reassuringly gloopy cutting compound.
Ahhh the perils of online shopping when one is ragged out on pilchards and yellow beer.
Steady on man! My pilchards are far too precious to consume prematurely.
