Guilty. Some handwriting just is.

Why is it, right, that ALL French [people have exactly the same handwriting as each other, whereas us Brits are far more diverse?

CS doesn't upset me but then I lack sensitivity!

Having said that some fonts are a lot easier on the eye and easier to read. There was a wonderful picture of an American mid-west cinema advertising a film with CLINT EASTWOOD where the L and the I looked conjoined!

I forever think of him as **** Eastwood now.

I used to be able to identify which of my colleagues owned a sample in our lab by looking at the handwriting on the label.

We now have a label printer. I can still match samples with colleague based on the formatting and fonts they use.

Verdana. In Bold. With a lively range of colours. And text sizes. Theclaude insists on it!!!!!

I don't have a big problem with CS, tho' I agree it's probably best kept for kiddies. Interestingly, in the very early days of the web there was a sort of consensus that the two most screen-friendly fonts were Verdana (for san serif) and Georgia (serif). I don't think either has aged terribly well.

So how many fonts do we have here? Can I use all of them in one post? Maybe? Yes!

And how about font sizes too? Yes!

As for colours, I'll have to find a lot to say, as there are quite a few. Some of them are quite light and won't show up well. Still, I can use white to type a naughty word like bottom!

Now, to put in every single smilie....

Tahoma every time. Except for the bits that are Bradley Hand ITC Standard, of course (not supported by the forum).
