I don't really have a favourite LBS. I gave up on the local when I cycled over on Granville to ask about Brompton tyres and the chap in the shop said "You've bought the bike in with you? I'll have a look.".
If he couldn't tell the difference between a 70's style 20" folder parked in his shop and a Brompton then I don't hold out much hope.
