Takes minutes, easiest thing in the world! Melt a bit of butter in a glass measuring jug (or a bowl, or whatever), crack a couple of eggs in, bit of seasoning (i use salt, pepper and a few drops of jalapeno tobasco) and a touch of water, cook on high giving it a stir every 15 seconds or so. Best to take them out when they're still wet, nothing worse than dry scrambled eggs.

5.45am youngest child wakes up and screams until I go into her room...EVERY morning at exactly the same time! Who needs an alarm clock?!! Quick shower, shave and necessities then into cycling kit. 6.30 set off and get into work about 7.15am. Clear emails until the other two people who cycle turn up, then we have breakfast together. Back to work as soon as we can be bothered but no later than 8.30am.

Officially up at 7, though actually up at about 7.20 usually. OH brings me coffee. Get up have breakfast, supervise son making his pack up, getting his breakfast ad feeding dog. Pack work clothes, get dressed, put make up on, do hair if its a hair doing day. Me and son both leave at 830. Get to work at 9ish, quick change and swing into action, which usually involves putting kettle on if no one else has already done it!

Make coffee for & wake missus & finish my coffee
Leave house at about 07:15
If using car & bike, strap bike to car & drive to closest site 11 miles, then ride remaining 5 (all uphill) to my base, getting to work about 08:10
If using bike then cycle entire 16 miles getting to work about 8:30
