I have just got back fro a cycling group meet up.

Wheels 4 Fun aims to help adults with a range of health conditions causing physical disability to be able to exercise on wheels using tricycles or tandems.

It's been one of the most rewarding cycling experiences of my time with a bike.And i can go again next week.
