When did Kouta bikes relaunch ?

Just watching tour azzubro and noticed Kouta bikes in the peleton ? - a quick Google shows the web site is up and running.

HQ seems in Canada? Where it was Italian originally. From memory they disappeared in around 2019 ?

Anyone got any info on the relaunch ? - or why they disappeared for 5+ years?

Looks to have been re-launched by the same people in 2022, but based in Canada this time: https://www.kuota-cycle.com/about.php

Maybe they moved after the brand originally went under, buying back the brand?
