When does an incline become a hill?

well, i pedalled all the way home last night, up and down hill, didnt seem any more in control, but did get home 4 minutes faster than usual...

Most if not all my hills are riden at 3 mph........why ...that what you get for smoking, but I refuse to get off and push and when I have to that’s when I will sell my bikes

When it hurts, alot, and doesnt end.
So accoring to Bonj's system, the hill which i go up doing 9mph and go down it doing 44mph is a 5 then?
