Possibly September 2017, but Specialized control prices extremely tightly and retailers can't discount without their say so. It could be never on a specific model. So if that's what you really want, buy it and enjoy it

You could try to negotiate on accessories or finance, you may well not be able to on the bike.

Don't be slave to the marketing men. Due to the fall in the value of the pound prices will rise or specs may fall, or even both. Get smart buy last years model.
