I've just looked at the map and seen that Trafford is light blue, the next to most unhappy figure and the unhappiest in Greater Manchester. What a load of a old rot these government pseudo statistics are. Most Trafford children would be very unhappy to live in downmarket, crime ridden, drug and mental illness scarred, scruffy neighbouring boroughs such as Salford or Manchester and would be back in nice old Trafford at the earliest opportunity.

For once I agree with simoncc - what rubbish this map is! How can neighbouring areas vary so damatically? It can only be down to errors or bias in the calculations.

(FFIW I live in a top happy area, which fits with my feelings about where I live)
