Sadly, I think the elasticity of demand is such that people will continue to pay for fuel and will cut back on lots of other things first.

There has to be a price when the bikes come out of the sheds for local trips though.

One way the US could bring N.Korea to the negotiation table would be to stop the importation and production of puncture repair kits!

Nah - they would jusr power them with nuclear reactors. Don't need inflated tyres then
