The number of riders I see on my regular route has dropped about five-fold since the Olympics ended.
I don't really understand some people's fear of the cold - just wear warmer clothes. Even the rain isn't that bad. It's just the wind I hate.

This morning at 8am it was raining medium to heavy 
Not very many commuters being Sunday, but the Glasgow Green Club riders all there at the gates of the Green, as usual.
Even in mid winter, ice on the roads, frost in the wind, a large group of them do a Sunday ride.
