IIRC that's the standard colour.
It sure is, if you want a less garish one it's £600+ iirc..
Half the price of their previous Honda E which I also loved 😍
IIRC that's the standard colour.
Very odd experience this week. Found an ev at a local dealership, right mileage and ballpark price. Had found almost identical at another dealer 60 miles away at £300 cheaper.
Went to local dealer, everything in order and asked if they'd match dealer 2 on price. Sales guy was very pleasant, not pushy, said he would ask the Manager and also if I was prepared to buy that day. Confirmed that I would.
Goes and speaks to the Manager who has obviously told him no and to spin me a yarn as to why they don't price match. I sy that's fine, shake his hand and leave. All very amicable. Later that day I send an email as I forgot to leave my number just to say if anything changes on price to let me know.
Get an instant reply to say the car is sold. Couple of days later and the car has clearly not been sold. All bizarre. I can only think of three things:
1) they have got the cars mixed up (unlikely as I highlighted the car in my email).
2) they think I am a time waster and have lied to get rid of me.
3) they don't think i am a time waster but don't want to bother with any negotiation and are trying to get rid of me.
Anyone ever had similar?
Have you bought the one from the other dealer?

Sounds like you had a lucky escape.
Sharp sales tactics and I’d walk away.
Was it a main dealer or independent?
And I never stood for any of this "I'll go ask my manager" nonsense.
No, if you don't have the juice to do a deal on your own Sonny then I'll go and talk to him.
I'm looking at a Skoda Enyaq (2nd hand), which I have just reserved, will go and have a look at and test drive tomorrow.

It seems to have everything we want, and looks like a good price, particulrly given they throw in a home charger.
