Define better?

best bike is the one that fits you, meets your needs and that pleases the eye aesthetically ;)

I see now it is a rather vague word. Which has the best specifications? I know next to nothing about them unfortunately. I will try them all, though I'd rather have a bike which I prefer and has rather good specs.

The Cannondale is the prettiest, the Defy the least racy and more relaxed...depends what you want

Do you need fit racks, mudguards etc

As mentioned riding them is going to be your best bet- but from a quick skim read- the Defy doesn't have carbon forks- the rest of them do, the Allez isn't very well specc'd although highly recommended frame/ forks so ripe for upgrading over time?
The cannondale and the trek are coming out similar kit wise although the Trek is a triple which you may appreciate if you're new to riding and depending on your location/ intended purpose.
Sorry that's not much help- but a few of initial observations- in this day and age it's hard to find a 'bad bike' at that sort of price range so take them for a spin and see what's best for you.

I'm going to get rid of the Specializ(s)ed and Giant, and shall only try the other two. Although the Trek has more gears, does that mean it has both more high and low gears than the Cannondale? Because I'm not concerned with lower gears.

The black Specialized because it looks best.
Nooooooooooo

outlash

also available in orange
FWIW, I have a CAAD8 and I'm still very happy with it. But none of them are bad bikes, try them out personally and see what you think before parting with your money. Don't worry about 'extra' gears, they all have more than enough .

I'm beginner in cycling and I've already bought some gear for cycling, but I can't choose the bike can you recommend me what bike I should buy?
