The reason 'bib' shorts were invented was to accommodate the rider who doesn't have a defined waistline and looks more like Monsieur Michelin than a cyclist.

If you do have a defined waistline, choose the correct size shorts and you will not have a problem.

touché jim touché. I have a defined waistline but it is an outré one these days. clearly, despite several 1000 km's a year I'm not a cyclist :becool:

Just a bit of feed back on the Endura shorts i bought about 6 weeks ago.done a few hundred miles in them ,longest ride was 70 hilly miles .

So far very pleased.The pad really makes a difference to the rear end,they seem to stay up ok and dont strangle the undercarriage. I hand rinse them in warm water and they dry v.quick.

Would buy same again.
