I have heard it on good authority that white socks are coming back into fashion. I think this is great news and a moral victory for anyone who still has a drawer full left over from the eighties when they were well and truly the height of fashion.
There are certain countries in Europe, and the world for all I know, where wearing white socks could be interpreted as a possible declaration of one's sexuality.
But I suppose not wearing socks at all, with loafers has taken over.
Where are we on jeans with the button through fly and mini turnup?
