I'm still in the lap of the surgeons finally getting my knee fettled. Not one for goals, it takes the sheer dam/n hell of it fun out of riding if you're mentally ticking off the miles towards some arbitary number rather than enjoying the scenery or feeling the rain in your face (well mostly nowadays).
But at the moment I'm ~2 stone over where I feel most comfortable, poor diet discipline whilst incapacitated, and am not allowed to run as it'll do more harm than good to the knee. By the end of 2013 I want to be nearer to my happy weight and doing some sort of faster than walking movement on my feet. Vague enough for me to not feel pressured by
