Who else got sun burnt today?

After a 4 1/2 hour ride today I'm suffering a bit with two very sore arms, one of which has an odd marking from a support I was wearing. The pic looks quite mild but it looks and feels like 3rd degree burns in real life; I'm not going to sleep well tonight!

Just caught it slightly on my neck yesterday .... despite putting on sunscreen twice - but only enough to make me put on a jumper in the evening as I was feeling cool then in the breeze.

Ok so summers finally arrived and I went out for a ride but forgot the sun cream now im red in parts it wasnt until I had a shower that the stinging started now im sore

I went for a ride today come back with a few red bits not from sunburn but from Tarmac burn dohhh !!!
