Somehow I am able to see unlit cyclists and pedestrians whether I am driving or cycling. Maybe I have magic eyes or ESP?
You must be some sort of farking freak.

After all asking someone to take a little responsibility for your attempts to kill them, how ridiculous is that ?
That's a terrifying number. Why are more and more people turning away from MDMA and trying something as dangerous as horse riding?Article on BBC Breakfast this morning saying that 200 horses have been hit and 40 riders killed in the last 5 years, I think it was. Big hairy things. Quite visible.
An estimated 1 in 8 of the 46% motorists who have legally-required glasses or lenses are driving without them. 1 in 3 of the remainder haven't had an eye test for more than 2 years, so might also be incapable of seeing well enough to drive legally. Firstly, there's always cycling if their sight's still good enough (I live 4 and a bit miles from the nearest town).I can understand that. If you live, as I do, in a village 7 miles form the nearest town, a person whose sight is fading would be pretty well cut off if they couldn't drive.
Please don't try to scare the person who's basically doing nothing wrong.
Congratulations on scaring an innocent dog walker and making the world slightly uglier.I had this problem with a dog walker in the Winter. Pitch black road, black dog and black clothes. I stopped and had a chat and gave her a spare frog light. The frog light is now on the dog collar and she wears a relective vis vest.
