I watched it. Boring this year. Fit fruity girls and boys in lycra ploughing up and down the Thames, what’s not to like?

I would watch it certainly. It's amazing how it always seems to be Oxford vs Cambridge in the final every year though

Nah. As has been said it only gets noticed because of the Oxbridge mob running the Beeb.

I can't imaging the snooty lot at the beeb showing any interest in a competitive event between Staffs Uni. and say Newcastle Uni.
I think it's only still on because they are 'chaps like us' (chaps being gender neutral these day)

Bit of a tradition for me. Dad used to take me round Nans,cook dinner and sit and watch it together. So I watch it every year. I enjoy it and brings back memories. Cambridge teams were mighty this year.
