Good news - Giant has examined the bike and agreed to replace the frame. It'll be a Defy frame as the SCR2 is no longer made - so my bike will have a dramatic change of appearance when I see it again!

Result! Well done! And to Giant too, they do tend to be pragmatic about these things.

I clean my bike.....when it's time to sell it. I do oil the oily bits and do a thorough check every week, but I think that a bit of greasy crud protects the wheels/frame.

I've had to clean my bike after every ride so far this week why did I buy a white one
