Absolutely horrendous here yesterday! Just getting from flat to car, about 50 yards away had me cussing and cursing. The wind was so strong I had to keep stopping to get my breath. I stood in a shop doorway while out and about just to have a few seconds break from the fecking wind!

It a nice sunny day here but it’s windy and freezing cold.

Yesterday my wife turned the heating on, in May!

When will it get nice? I blame Michael Fish.

I've asked around and it seems to be something to do with the weather.

Not cold here today the sun was shining & it was loverly, we are now in the middle of a tropical storm, thunder, lightening & torrential rain.

The only time I like an easterly is when the A59 somewhere to the west is closed as it means a nice fast decent on that A road from the west largely largely mitigates the head wind. Braved the ebike in the easterly yesterday evening for a shopping trip to Morrisons and outbound needed the assist on to some extent for the eastern orientations regardless of gradient.
