Itching to get back on my bike's
Location
Northamptonshire
This is really my stepsons bike and for at least the last 7 years he mainly lives in Bangkok but he is due back this weekend so I need to get it mobile.

Built around a scruffy Columbus zonal alloy frame set and a set of kinesis forks so is mega light BUT it's one of a batch that they made with the rear brake bridge in the wrong place by about 25mm !!!

Now fitted a front rack, this bike is a great utility bike!

If you need it, that's great, but what do carry that way which panniers couldn't carry?

And... doesn't having weight up there really affect the bike handling?

I own a cycle shop so use it to collect bits and bobs. Mainly wheels would be strapped to the front rack. I want to use the bike more than the work van and thought this would be a great way to carry things.

Yes it does affect the handling but it’s fine
