So what about cycling on Venus. The air temperature is 460 degrees centigrade which would lower the drag quite a bit. The atmosphere there is 90 bar tho.

It's similar in a kayak too. Nice warm sunny weather seems to make the water more viscose and continuously "fluid", I know that sounds daft but I know what I mean!
I was paddling at the Lee valley white water course at the weekend, and the paddling was tougher- the water felt more "brittle" in the cold.
