How do you measure head injuries that dont occur as a result of people wearing cycle helmets ?

84% of serious cycling injuries on the road involve motor vehicles, if you have evidence that the remainder are unreported I'd like to see it.

Incomplete ? There are zero stats on people who fall off bikes.....it was never recordable under any legislation..injury or not. Only a few on here could build a case around non existent statistical information.
