I'll try not to lose any sleep over you not trusting me. BTW, do you and your wife leave your rings on when you're preparing food? Remind me not to eat at your house!
My wife died a couple of years ago. Her fingers had thinned a bit and she tended to take her ring ring off and leave it on a side table in case it fell off and got lost. After she died I automatically went to get it from it’s usual place and could not find it. It has never been found and I find it quite upsetting that an item of such sentimental value could just vanish and I often speculate as to where it has gone.
Not to us it isn’t, but each to their ownIt's only a ring.
If you do, i would advise you to take your ring off first. You wouldn't want to lose it!I’m not trying to start a snowball fight here![]()
Would you take out a gold crown before you eat?do you and your wife leave your rings on when you're preparing food? Remind me not to eat at your house!
I wouldn't fancy eating something that someone with a gold tooth had already been chewing.Would you take out a gold crown before you eat?

I used to take my rings off for climbing too. Even at the climbing wall, for the same reason as you. When rock climbing we take our rings off as a fall could rip your ting finger off. Lost my ring once when it slipped off on a cycle commute home and rolled down hill. Managed to find it on verge after 30 mins of searching on hands and knees. Relieved!
