Mountain Warehouse do one for £20
Its OK for the money, I've used it on a few days out without any problems.. one particular day developed into a pretty constant drizzle without the heavy rain that looked imminent. I was quite surprised at how dry the shirt underneath was when I got home.

I would suggest the Montane Velo lite too, packs small isn't OTT price wise and breathes OK but sounds like you have already decided Greg, £25 sound a bargain for a good jacket.

Here for rides.
Well, first day back in the office, after three days working from home post-off, and there on my desk is a package (well two packages to tell the truth)

One Montane Featherlight Velo jacket in black complete with all tags, brand new, and it is a perfect fit. Sometimes fleabay does come up with the odd bargain.

Now all I've got to do is put myself back on the bike.

Montane Lite Speed jacket.
Packs down to the size of a large orange and weighs 185g.
It has a hood with drawstrings, bottom drawstring and large map pocket on the front.
It is pertex which makes it waterproof and breathable. It even has refective trim on it.
I have one that I use for footie training and summer mountain climbing and it is excellent.
Even after an hour of footie training, in quite heavy rain, I was still dry.
Field and Trek have them on special offer at £32 (normally £64) here.
