Lunch ? I'm having it on my cornflakes :hungry:

A long while ago we did something similar and had Kuala on cornflakes as 'hair of the dog'.

If anyone is still looking for a White to go with Xmas turkey, I can recommend this:

Just opened my first bottle and it is fan-bloody-tastic.

£12.99 so not el cheapo but an equivalent Burgundy would be at least double the price.

I can't beat Majestic's own tasting note:

Complex and layered, with distinctive notes of vanilla bean, almond husk and tropical fruit - it's reminiscent of a decadent crème brûlée! Californian Chardonnay at it's very best.
Sorry, you blew it with Chardonnay.....

I've had a couple of bottles at wine as Christmas presents this year. Still wrapped so no idea what they are, but they're the only two in the house so lunch wine will be a lottery this year. Whatever they are will have to go with turkey.
