Has anyone ever bought and used waterproof tights for commuting/leisure riding?
I currently use Alturas Night Vision waterproof trousers which are 100% waterproof even in the heaviest of rains. However, I have to wear thermal leggings underneath to keep out the cold, which in turn then makes me a lot hotter than I need to be.
I cycle all through the winter and so I need something diverse. Warm and waterproof, but at the same time not to hot!
I was thinking something along the lines of "Gore Bike Wear Path Waterproof Cycling Trousers - 2012" or "Pearl Izumi Elite AmFIB Tight - Men's"
Any review links, experiences are all welcome.
