They can't be from Cornwall otherwise they would be called just 'pasties'. To call them 'Cornish Pasties' means it must be a special cornish variety.

Off topic:

I asked at the LBS why they did not make Bontrager Hardcase tyres in a folding format and they said the carcass was too thick and it wouldn't fold. If they made it thinner it would not be puncture proof.

My PR3's however are a folding tyre and have incredible puncture resistance. So it seems you can have your pasty and eat it, cornish or not.

Is the PR3 you refer to the Michelin Pro3?
