Wobbly headset.. Help!

Wow. That is described perfectly to a layman like me. Thank you very much. Can I please ask, can the headset get loose over time (six months) through general cycling, hitting road bumps etc? Are there parts of a bicycle need tightening up again over time?

Rack mouting bolts can sometime back out by a mysterious phenomena called precession. It appears as if someone has undone your bolts. My solution was to fit anti rotation ( star) washers. Most other vulnerable threads have the thread direction reversed to avoid the problem.

Are they sitting square in place? The symptom you describe sounds like the bearings might be out of alignment.

yes had it to bits today , reseated and sorted and it still wobbles

just checked the tech specs apparantly im missing a ms100 seal for fsa headset but cant find one so far on google
