How do you find out if someone is ticklish? You give them a test ticle, of course! (though I wonder if I'm missing something in the jump from elastic to testicle. Though maybe testicle is somehow more entertaining than elastic. Elastic tesicle? Elasticle? Testicle festival? I'll get me coat.
