Anyone here work in an office.............lots I suppose, well heres a quick don't do whilst on tinterweb.
Yesterday all of us in the office were having a quiz to the radio, we do it every Friday on the 2-10 afters shift, and The lion sleeps tonight comes on, and a lad shouts Tarzan..............don't ask me why as it was Tight fit, anyway we are all busy as its Friday afternoon, well evening now and everyone is on tinterweb and me and a mat ..........well me types in Tarzan, then like kids we start saying stuff like Umgowa (old tarzan chat) and we typed it in and searched........................OMFG ......................I am sacked on Monday when IT look at what popped up, I was looking for the old Johnny Weismuller stuff, well the stuff was German, or the few seconds I saw was, the rest was.............err quick delete...................so don't rely on million pound software to protect you............its crap, yes it really is.

but strava is fine which is great as it means during form in the morning me and my also cyclist form tutor can compare rides on strava!
