The answer "Anything", so not work related (health) but anything else! I reckon that is waaaay too broad!
I was thinking of explaining how a Grand Tour (or maybe the Tour of Britain) works, jerseys, timings, stage types etc
Come on cheer me up, give me some suggestions............
The best presentations are delivered with confidence and do some of the following: inform, persuade, entertain, meet the needs of the target audience - what are they expecting? how many people are on the panel? who are they?
Look at the things that you are most knowledgeable about and select from that body of knowledge - are you sure that 'anything' excludes all things health related? I'm sure that there's some fascinating health related things that can shared with your audience. I'm not sure that the dissection of a grand tour with grab everyone. Didn't you do LEJOG? Wouldn't the planning, preparation and implementation of the plans along with how you coped/changed because of it and how the average cyclist can see it as an achievable target?
