Would you change this tyre.

Had a puncture a couple of months ago, piece of glass stuck through the tyre. It has left this cut along with a slice in the rubber in the direction of travel.

Would you change the tyre?

Only if you can see the tube through the gap, otherwise I'd give it a bit longer.

I remember when all puncture repair kits came with a piece of black cloth for just such occasions. So bit of old inner tube would work to give you a few more miles.

Wouldn't change it. It's only a small cut. As what others have said, a patch inside the tyre just in case.

Assuming the horseshoe shaped cut hasnt gone right through, I'd insert a reinforcing strip inside, I used emery tape very successfully for a whole year on a tyre worse than that (although I did replace the emerytape maybe two or three times in that year, just to err on the safe side)
The slice coming from it looks nasty though....if its deep, I think even I'd replace the tyre.
