Would you install a weightless motor to your bike?

I'm already pretty old - I'm retiring this year! Might as well ride a motorbike, though.

If you try it you will find it is a lot different

a ebike is a bike so you need to pedal it
Of course you can make it do most of the work but even then you are far more connected to the road and environment
If you behave like a cyclist and actually do some work then it is pretty similar - just easier
