Seeing as how he lives 'Over The Pond' he'd have to be President...............Probably do a better job than the current incumbent

But we don't vote for PM, we vote for the party which appoints the PM. This would involve voting for the Cat party, and some of their policies are rather dodgy. And I'm pretty sure it was my local Cat party candidate who crapped on my lawn last night.
