Xmas Lunch

Owing to my health problems that have surfaced this year I suppose my usual Christmas lunch is "off the menu"
It's always been the traditional goose that has graced the table, with all it's trimmings cooked in it's fat.
( Mmmm, I'm starting to dribble again. )

We have been wondering what it's replacement should be, perhaps a more healthy option?
Then one of my customers called at the door with a Christmas gift. "Thought you might like this" he said.
I thanked him, and wished him a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

So this year we're having Muntjac. ( Bambi )
