Yellow racing bike from the early 60's

Talking to my elderly brother tonight, he is 77 now, I asked him if he still has the yellow racing bike he won in the early 60's and was pleased to hear he still has it, in his holiday home near Cahors in the Lot region.
I would like to have a look at it and possibly ride it but who knows when that will be as it is a long way from here.

Any idea what make of bike it is? My French home is located just about equidistant from Agen as Cahors is only in the exact opposite direction. It's been three years just over since I was in France, can't wait until my wife is a lot better so we can revisit, and ride the quiet roads and tracks again.😭

Of absolutely no relevance to your bike but back at Euro 2016 we spent a week at Cahors.

Unfortunately we were at the bottom of the hill by the roundabout as you come into Cahors.

A good bit of exercise each evening to walk up to the main centre for food and drinks!
