I might like the odd programme about cookery which focussed on cook's love of the subject - without the slice 'n dice editing a la Jamie or Nigella (She was hot in the late 80s when she appeared on the late night arts programmes reviewing books and stuff in her guise as Editor? /Dep. Editor? of the Sunday Times Review - downhill ever since).
