@Binky you could start a thread on this poor cyclist wearing a helmet or not in the helmet forum.
Here we are debating the sentence of the guilty part.
Any more helmet diversions on this thread by anyone will result in a thread ban.

I understand it's not a helmet thread, separate section for that, as already mentioned.
But with others posting questions about what has been posted by one person, shouldn't those questions stop as well?

Two people have been diverting the thread, not Binky. Why you and MontyVeda had to, I don't know. If neither of you had posted, that would have gone nowhere.
