10 second rule?;)

Which can be expanded up to anything like half an hour, depending on the desirability/cost of the food involved....

I'm not keen on malt loaf, but had a slice of one of Soreen's fruit breads recently, which was nice - I like some cake around my fruit, the more cake, the better.

I once used a chunk of it to mop up some gravy. It tasted a bit weird, not bad though.
It probably goes with everything - I love it.

I asked the bods at Soreen the other day to make a half sized maltloaf with the proportions of a mars bar. That way you could keep one (or two) in a jersey pocket. Those snack pack things with the weird butter are just nasty and the cereal bars aren't much to write home about. I just want a mini malt loaf.

S'posed to be very good if you're dieting and have a sweet tooth as it's low in fat.

red_tom, your sculler needs to straighten his back!

Low in fat but high in calories, which will become fat if you don't run/cycle/swim/bounce around a lot.

You're right about the sculler though. Engage those core muscles!
