You know you're old when.....

When you grumble about Edith Bowman escaping from Radio 1 to Radio 6
When you grumble about Sarah Cox escaping from Radio 1 to Radio 2.
When Pop Master is the highlight of the lunchtime shift.
When you consider Radio 4 to be an enjoyable wireless station.
When you listen to co-workers younger than you grumble about aches/tiredness/etc and think to yourself "I had more energy than you when I was your age laddy."
When you look forward to an afternoon nap whilst on your break between shifts.
When co-workers suggest going out on the lash and your first thought is "I really don't fancy a two day hangover; I'd rather have a couple of quiet drinks at home and be in bed at a decent time."

I may be the wrong side of 30 but I'm still the right side of 35; I'm not old :becool:

Primal Scream

Get your rocks off
How not to give in:

Cycling going further and faster
Always be going out, new bars, new restaurants, dont get into a rut going to the same old places.
Dont have a music collection that was completed when your were 25.
Do things on the spur of the moment.
Regular holidays and city breaks.
Gig and festivals.

May not work for everyone but it seems to work for me

Your kids know the end of your stories of when you were younger, because you've told them a thousand times already, but have forgotten
