Not a fan of the Beatles by any stretch of the imagination.
However , The Long And Winding Road is probrably the only song of theirs i'll admit to liking.

I seem to faintly remember that album, must of been from the seventies judging by the flairs.
Didn't the MFP stand for Music for Pleasure? A series available from somewhere like the Readers Digest?
No mention of who the musicians were?

Yes, one of my favourites too. It's one of the few Beatles tracks that I can play perfectly on bass.
Have to admit I'm a bit of a Beatles/McCartney fanboy. Just received a violin bass from Germany so I can get the authentic sound. Also got this sheet music songbook:
