Too many, but Eleanor Rigby, Come Together (the only Beatles song where the cover version by Aerosmith was nearly as good as the original in my opinion) are two of the greatest.

I seem to faintly remember that album, must of been from the seventies judging by the flairs.
Didn't the MFP stand for Music for Pleasure? A series available from somewhere like the Readers Digest?

Aye, Music for Pleasure but nowt to do with Readers Digest... although i think i know which label you're thinking of .

From memory, it's arrangements by Alan Moorhouse (of Alan Moorhouse and his Bond Street Brigade fame)

edit... yes, Alan Moorhouse. Also wrote boom-bang-a-bang; Lulu's eurovision winner.

Too many to choose from but at gun point I'd have to say Penny Lane because it was just round the corner from where i grew up so has more resonance for me.
