Embarrassingly I’ve never been, but my grandfather was from Rathmullan.

You should go and take your bike. Countryside around there and across the northern Irish coast is just fantastic. Did a big trip last year towards the end of May and hit excellent weather. Ferry from Liverpool will get you to Belfast and just follow the coast north.

Thanks. I should give it a whirl. I’ve still got family there so I’m sure we could arrange an overnight stay and some local sight seeing.
