When in the dibble I briefly worked in the town CCTV offices in the same building just out of shot to the left.
This is either a medical episode or, more likely from the way they drive there, TFF.
Just over the back is Albion House which used to be police offices.

It's called Stanton Low. Not been there for years. If I recall correctly the track is a B.O.A.T. but anyone would be daft to drive anything other than a proper fourbie down there.
Sadly developers are eyeing it up with avarice.
